Kozlowski Farms old fashioned jams and preserves are from founder Carmen Kozlowski's original recipes. Her style of jam making had its beginning with her first roadside farm store in the early 1950s. The line has expanded to include 17 fruit-filled flavors, still made using her traditional method, in small batches, with open-kettle pots. Only the finest fruits and pure cane sugar are used in their manufacturing. Savor the sweet heat. We blend five different kinds of fresh peppers with vinegar and cane sugar to create this sweet, yet spicy jam. It will perk up any type of sandwich, and takes poultry to a new level of luscious. Our family loves to entertain, and our favorite appetizers are full of flavor and easy to prepare. We'll spoon our Five Pepper Jam over cream cheese and serve it with bread or throw some veggies on the grill and pair them with a side of pepper jam for a festive first course. We also like turning up the heat on cold meats and cheeses by using our Five Pepper Jam as a condiment for both.
